To reserve space on the tour, a $200 non-refundable  deposit
is required no later than
March 20, 2012.
This will be refunded, however,  if the tour is cancelled.
Full payment is due by May 12, 2012.
A $100 discount will be given for full payment by April 12.


A waiting list will be maintained in case an individual cancels.
Lodging will be double-occupancy, ideal for couples.   
Single participants will be paired appropriately for
sharing rooms when necessary.  Private accommodations
can be arranged for an extra fee.
